Our post and packing charge for orders sent to the UK and Channel Islands(plus Isle of Man) are as follows- Order up to £99.99 - £3.50 Order of £100 and over- postage and packing is FREE Orders are sent by Royal Mail If subsequent items are returned for refund and the balance of the order is under £100(when Post and Packing is FREE) £3.50 will be deducted from the refund to cover post and packing. All in stock items will be sent promptly- usually within 7days of our receiving your order. There is no extra charge for back order shipments.

Foreign Orders (click to top)

We are happy to accept orders from abroad. These may be placed by Visa, Mastercard/Access or Sterling cheque. On first orders please allow one week to verify that the credit card details are correct. A contact phone number and the full billing address must be given for us to process credit cards for shipments abroad. Shipping charges for orders placed within the Europe Community will be charged a £5.50 flat fee Returns delivered from outside of the UK are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us safely. We may hold your order until all items are in stock.

Orders outside of Europe (click to top)

Orders delivered outside of Europe will be charged £5.50 plus £1 per item ordered. They are sent by registered post. As we use Royal Mail to send parcels abroad, we can only ship to countries that accept secure registered post. This covers all EC Countries. If the shipping address is outside the European Community please check with us to make sure we can ship to your address.

Returns Policy (click to top)

Your satisfaction is our only concern If any garment is unsuitable, please complete the returns form enclosed with your order, and send it with the garment securely wrapped within 14 days of receipt to our FREEPOST address, free of charge. Upon receipt, we will be happy to replace, exchange or send you a refund.

Important: The FREEPOST address is available to our customers as a convenience for returning and exchanging garments. You are responsible for the garments until they reach us safely. The Freepost address can only be used within the UK and Channel Islands.

Please obtain a 'proof of posting certificate' , from your post office at the time of posting. This certificate is FREE and will assist you with any claims to Royal Mail if the parcel goes missing.

Royal Mail will cover lost parcels up to a total value of £25 . If the items returned are of greater value , you may want to send via Registered Post, for which there is a fee.
